Frank Dimperio,

CEO

As co-founder of 5th Avenue Renovations, Frank Dimperio is responsible for overseeing all divisions of the company, specifically sales. He loves building relationships and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of each client, which is why he leads our weekly productions, customer service, and sales meetings. He also follows up with customers through our online builder program, which allows both he and the clients to monitor daily progress.

For more than two decades, Frank led one of the area’s largest carpentry and siding construction companies and his extensive industry experience ensures quality is maintained throughout every facet of every renovation project.

Outside of work, Dimperio enjoys traveling with his wife and family. He is very involved with his children’s athletics programs and savors family dinners.

Patrick Timmons,

President

Orland Park native Patrick Timmons is the co-founder of 5th Avenue Renovations. Patrick earned a degree in accounting from North Central College in Naperville, where he was a member of the school’s 1993 NCAA DIII Cross Country National Championship team. He holds National Association of Home Builders Quality Assurance and International Energy Conservation certifications.

Patrick resides in Naperville with his lovely wife of more than 21 years and his three wonderful daughters. A competitive marathon runner, he also plays guitar in an original folk rock band and takes care of a family of K-9 dogs. He enjoys scenic bike riding with his wife and spending quality time with his family.

Chris Baum,

VP, Sales & Marketing

Chris, from Lisle, IL, is a long-time resident of Naperville and brings his skills to 5th Avenue Renovations’ sales and marketing team, where he is VP.

Chris enjoys spending his free time with his family and playing golf, and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, as well as being CSP (Certified Safety Professional) credentialed.

Brian Bolhuis,

Project Manager

Brian, from Tinley Park, attended Carl Sandburg High School and spent four years at the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Apprentice & Training Program. He is 10-hour OSHA certified in Construction Safety & Health as well as being UBC Fall Protection certified. When not managing renovation and construction projects, Brian loves to spend his time playing baseball and golf.

Talor Ahmann,

Designer

A native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Talor graduated from St. Ambrose University with a double major in Marketing and Management and a minor in Organizational Leadership. She was on the Dean’s list throughout all four years of college and captained the women’s golf team during her final three years as a student-athlete. Aside from creating innovative designs as 5th Avenue’s resident selections coordinator, Ahmann also loves painting, drawing, and playing golf.
